I was hesitant to buy wheels online at first however James and Kane were very good at educating me on what to look for in wheels as well as what to expect.  It took roughly 3 weeks to receive the wheels.  They were shipped very securely and true right out of the box.  At this point I only have about 100 miles on them but my speed has definitely increased.  I truly do not have anything bad to report and would highly recommend Tokyo Wheels.  Best Regards

I'm from Brazil and just bought the Epic 88 Clincher. First of all, costumer service was excellent. Usually took less than 24hours to answer any doubt i have. Wheelset arrived in less then a month and unfortunately for Brazilian people it´s nearly impossible to avoid customs. I rode the wheels for about 200km so far only and they are awesome. You could clearly see aero advantage and able to hold top speed on flats a little easier. Will buy another wheelset on future for sure if prices are still attractive to a point that it´s still worth paying the customs.

Great wheels but skewers were of poor quality & burred up on 1st locking movement, these need attention, I threw mine away & hoping you will provide a better quality option

I'm so happy with Tokyowheels! Lightweight, superfast, durable and great looking design of this wheelset is taking breath away. The price for what you really buy is unbeatable. I have decided to buy another set to enhance quality of my MTB.

Though the customer service was impeccable and excellent and Kane was helpful throughout the process, the wheels still did arrive 10 days later than expected.

Just rode once for 15 miles due weather conditions here at Chicago, so far it’s easy to install and fixing the wheels, lighter , brakes are very good, rolling and speed are different , in this route speed faster and shorter base on my other previous record in my old one, thank you Tokyo wheels:+1::woman-biking:

Short story. I bought a used Roubaix with Roval CLX40 rims, and I ended up cracking a rim. I choked at dropping $1000 (with crash discount). Bike shop suggested the Tokoyowheel as an employee rides them and likes it. I got the 3.4 with the Sapim spokes, and standard hub, I'm 230 lb, and it was nice to have a little extra headroom on the weight. I've only gotten a couple rides in so far, but, here's my impressions: con; The hub is a little narrower than the Roval it replaces, which means the magnet on the spoke doesn't reliably trip the Cateye sensor. Fortunately, I do have a small supply of magnets in the right size to fill in the space. The Sapim spokes are aero, which does make it a little tougher to align the magnet. Neither of these are flaws in the wheel, just things to work around . Pros; The 3.4 is capable of running tubeless, unlike my Roval rear rim. That means when my current tire wears out, I go to zero chance of a pinch flat, even with the extra lbs. So, on to riding impressions. The LBS had no problems, nothing out of order on the install. First ride was a 10 mile break in loop that the local cycle club uses for the icebreaker. Absolutely no problems. Next ride was more hilly, and somewhat longer. I went up the hills with ease, the wider rim does help with picking a direction, perhaps better than the CLX40 it replaces. Bottom line, I'm a moderate cyclist, and my other road bike has alloy rims, so I can appreciate the performance of a carbon rim, even though I'll never push it to it's limits. If you're looking for a performance upgrade over medium priced alloy rims, this would be the ticket Odds are I'll sell the Roval Rear wheel, and replace it with the 3.4.

The Epic 3.4 clinchers I just bought are superior in many ways to the more expensive branded wheels in the market. I can truly feel the difference in acceleration and top end speed on my bike.

tried the wheels. quite a good wheelset for the price. in detailed of the review, rims are good. fitted nicely with my Schwalbe Pro One 23c tyres. the hub wasn’t as good as a Chris King hub but I think it isn’t right to compare with Chris King. The ceramic bearings for the hubs are very smooth and good for a start. with such a price, i think it’s more than the value i paid for. However, 55mm and 65mm depth rims are a little too heavy for me. it takes a lot of pick up speed from stationary position. But once if you could hit around 38km/h to 40km/h, the wheelset would work it’s way.

Well the response from your side is Great, but unfortunately l havnt yet received the wheels , the customs have not released them. They want to see the recept and only after which they will send the wheels.

Wow! What a wheelset. Very happy buying from Tokyowheels. Such a drastic drop from 140 to 120 watts with an increase of 3 to 4 km/h and with lesser effort since I was injured and couldn't push like usual. Amazing finishing amazing looks and undoubtedly super performing wheelset. Well! Decals quality seems just okay and it needs to be improved. Edges catches fur of the dusting cloth and feels as if getting off easily. One skewer came faulty which Kane managed to send quickly and is on the way. I would definitely love to buy another set and without a doubt will recommend it to other fellow cyclist. In fact, one of my partner has bought pre owned ones and glad to have these.
